My Pledge of Ethics
My earliest memories involve talking. I have always
been moved and energized by good conversation;
hearing people’s stories and understanding
their motivations. It seems natural now that I
would want to cement my future with a career in
coaching. This natural tendency towards nurturer
coupled with my own struggles with food, weight
and a painful divorce make the basis for my personal
coaching philosophy.
I
am not a therapist, psychiatrist, nutritionist,
PH.D. or famous talk show host, what I am is a
woman who wants to make a difference in other
women’s lives. My own personal difficulties
are inspiration for the foundation of my coaching
organization and I openly share those stories
with my clients in order to comfort them during
times of solitude in their thoughts.
Coaching
appears to be a natural progression from what
I have learned and put in to practice in my own
life. My desire is to give back and guide women
to a new language with their bodies, dreams and
lives.
I
did not find coaching, it found me. From astronaut,
actress, writer, publisher to psychologist I have
dreamed of many different paths for myself. None
of them feeling comfortable and authentic. Coaching
happened as a result of my own triumphs and experiences.
My
business is not just a career but a mission, a
dream for women to create an acceptance within
themselves. To be a cheerleader and supporter
in this process of forward thinking and movement.
As
your coach I will listen and actively encourage
each step you take. You create the agenda and
are the expert in your own life. Coaching is an
investment in yourself.
